The CIL Charging Schedule should be read alongside our Developer Contributions Supplementary Planning Document, which provides guidance on how CIL will work alongside Section 106 and Section 278 agreements.

The Council has reviewed the South CIL Charging Schedule and Developer Contributions SPD. The charging schedule will be adopted, published, and brought into use from 3 January 2023. For information related to these reviews, including the independent examination of the revised Charging Schedule, please refer to SODC CIL Charging Schedule and SPD.
